NEW REQUIREMENTS: Families First Coronavirus Response Act

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCA) was signed by the President on March 18, 2020. The Act expands the Family Medical Leave Act (known as the Emergency Family and Medical Expansion Act) and enacts the Emergency Sick Leave Act (ESLA). This applies to all public employers and some private employers.  There is a new employment POSTER (Notice).
