Tailgate Inspections

TOIRMA periodically experiences claims relating to tailgates. There have been a variety of circumstances and conditions that have contributed to these claims. Tailgates not closed properly and leaking materials, tailgates suddenly opening due to not being closed correctly, and tailgates simply falling off into oncoming traffic were the most common occurrences.
